Mental Health Support

With the school shut, Coronavirus all over the news,  and people being kept in quarantine. It’s understandable that many children, and adults, are anxious about the virus and how it could impact them.  

Here are some sites and sources of information to support you in dealing with your own and your children's concerns and anxieties, including advice on how to talk to your children about their concerns. These sites also provide signposting and guidance on how to support your children's mental health more generally and give signs to look out for that might indicate that they are struggling.
